Why is it that so many people still voted ANC? Especially in EC. We have poor service delivery. And the bad state of our city and buildings, memorials, pavements and parks in East Londen. But yet u vote for the same party in our municipality.Is ur commitment to the ANC bigger than improvement and change for the better? My vote went to the DA.Jonita. East Londen
